Your contributions to the Children's Remedial Fund help us serve children in need across Steele County.  We are funded through private donations and through an annual grant from the United Way of Steele County. Because the agents of our program are employed by various school districts in our county, 98% of all donations go toward direct health care costs, school supplies and outer winter wear to help children. 

Our clients consistently report being very satisfied (4.0) to extremely satisfied (5.0) with the services we provide.

In-kind donations make up over 50% of our annual budget.  These include support through Mayo Health Systems for medical and vision care, Vision USA vouchers which cover 100% of exam and eye glasses and donations from health care providers treating the children we refer.
